Health services: Family Medicine Internal Medicine Pediatrics Developmental Pediatrics OB/GYN Diabetes Management Chronic Disease Management Counseling & Behavioral Medicine Dental Podiatry Pharmacy Payments and Insurance: Good Samaritan Plan Health Insurance Marketplace Richland Care Best Chance Network South Carolina Migrant Health Program Healthy Connections and Healthy Outcomes Plan (SC Medicaid) They offer sliding fee scale payment plan that provides financial assistance to uninsured patients. No one is turned away because of their financial status. The sliding fee scale is based on a persons household income. Patients are seen by appointment only; no walk-ins are accepted.
