Free health services clinic in Central Florida. Services: Cardiology Chiropractic Dermatology Endocrinology Otolaryngology (E.N.T.) Geriatric Medicine Gastroenterology Colon and Rectal General Surgery OB-GYN/Womens Health Internal Medicine Nephrology Neurosurgery Oncology Ophthalmology Optometry Orthopedic & Ortho Surgeon Pediatrics Pulmonology Podiatry Physical Therapy Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Radiation Oncology Radiology Urology Wound Care Eligibility: Uninsured Low-income patients in need of non-emergency medical care Hours: Monday to Wednesday, Doors Open at 5:00pm, Arrive no later than 4:00pm All patients are seen on a first come first serve basis.
