Mission Statement: Our mission is to provide quality assessment and treatment services in a child-friendly environment, free of charge, to victims of child abuse. In addition, NYCC provides community and professional outreach and education service to both prevent and better identify, and thus respond to, child abuse. The Center seeks to enable children to fully heal from their abuse and thus to prevent the wide array of negative personal and social consequences that stem from untreated child abuse.
