Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm closed from 12:00pm to 1:00pm for lunch. Canyonlands Healthcare is a private, not for profit, corporation providing consumer-directed health centers which provide high quality, cost-effective and comprehensive primary and preventive care. Canyonlands offers special programs designed to improve access to care for those who face financial barriers and need assistance. Canyonlands Healthcare has been designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and as such is supported by federal grants under the U.S. Public Health Service Act.
