Wilmington Community Clinic provides the following services to families in our community: - Primary health care (diagnosis, treatment, follow-up care, general and chronic care, including high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, heart disease, asthma, hypertension and allergy management) - Prenatal care (medical care, health education, mental health and support services) - Pediatric care (developmental screenings, immunizations, parenting classes, school/sport physicals) - Women's health (obstetrics and gynecological visits, including breast and cervical cancer screenings, contraceptive services) - Health insurance assistance (Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, Healthy Kids and other available programs for patients who are eligible) - Education on health, disease prevention and nutrition. - Specialty care - Coordination as available in the areas of cardiology, dermatology, ear - STD Screening for men and women Wilmington Community Clinic exists in the community to provide medical and health related services to those in need. We are always looking for better ways to serve the families and individuals who come to us. Sometimes we are their only option, but we also look for other existing facilities and avenues to achieve our healthcare mission.
