Mission Statement: Clear View Treatment Center (CVTC) is a 24-hour, in home treatment program that focuses on preparing children for placement in the community. The rural setting provides clean air, recreational activities, and a healthy, small town alternative to the negative environment often associated with cities, We believe that this, in conjunction with a highly structured, reality based, residential and vocational treatment program will help children who have a personal or family history of substance abuse and who may be diagnosed as emotionally disturbed to develop a more positive self-image and mental state; qualities that they can take to future placements.
