Clinic Hours Monday - Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm. Canyonlands Healthcare is a private, not for profit, corporation providing consumer-directed health centers which provide high quality, cost-effective and comprehensive primary and preventive care. Canyonlands offers special programs designed to improve access to care for those who face financial barriers and need assistance. Canyonlands Healthcare has been designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and as such is supported by federal grants under the U.S. Public Health Service Act.
